Henrik is Director of E-commerce at Apoteket, the leading Pharmacy chain in Sweden. This year Apoteket received the award for "E-commerce/Omni-channel company of the year" at the Retail Award 2015. Before joining Apoteket, Henrik has more than 15 years of experience from E-commerce management consulting working with clients such as SEB, SBAB, ICA, IncClub, Systembolaget, Fritidsresor, SJ etc.
Cecilia Mortimer Meurling is head of E-commerce at Åhlens, Swedens largest department store who recently launched e-commerce. She has worked in the digital space since 1999 and are specialized in digital Sales, Marketing and product developement. She previously made turn arounds using her skills paired with customer insight.
Mikael Nyhlén is head of E-commerce at NetOnNet, one of the largest home electronic e-tailers in Sweden and Norway. Mikael joined NetOnNet in the middle of 2013, only two years after that, NetOnNet launched their new responsive site. With the mindset of "mobile first" and costumer insight all key performance indicators are pointing upwards and the success is still growing.
Prior to joining Facebook, Martin Barthel worked for more than 10 years for eBay. Most recently he was member of the German management team, leading the eBay Consumer Electronics, Home & Garden and Motors businesses. Martin started his career working for the fashion brand Chanel as a strategic marketer from 1996 to 2001. Subsequent to this, he worked as a Management Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group for four years.
Martin Barthel studied economics at the EBS in Oestrich-Winkel and also at the ESCP-EAP in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. He currently lives in his hometown of Berlin together with his wife and two daughters.
Casper Remmer has more than 8 years experience within e-Commerce and Digital Marketing from both web-shop startups, web-agencies and most recently sport clubs and mobile-operators. Currently Head of e-Commerce at Danish mobile-operator 3, Casper is dedicated to transforming the organization towards digital with a strong commercial focus. Previously Casper headed up the online-team of Denmark’s largest online-only mobile-operator TELMORE (Part of TDC-group), where he amongst other things succeeded in steering online through an intense IT-turnaround, with a new platform to follow.
Caroline Carlqvist leads the Onsite team for the four Nordic countries at Zalando. The Onsite team is responsible for localizing and optimizing the Zalando websites to ensure a truly local customer experience across all markets. Since entering the Nordics, Zalando has established itself as one of the leading fashion retailers in the region and one of the fastest growing fashion retailers in Europe.
Chris joined Shop Direct in 2010 to head its Retail & Financial Services Targeting team. Notable achievements within this role included driving an analytical project that led directly to a clear business case to remove physical catalogues from the business; and the development of incremental targeting which drove a significant uplift in the performance of retention marketing campaigns.
In 2014 Chris became Head of Business Insight & Data Strategy with a brief to democratise insight across the business and form a clear plan to drive maximum value from Shop Direct’s crown jewels – its data. Working closely with SAS, Chris implemented Shop Direct’s Personalised Sort Order project which utilises real-time decisioning to serve gallery pages tailored to individual customers based on their previous purchasing and browsing behaviour - delivering a uniquely personalised browsing experience. This is a ground-breaking initiative which has recently been recognised as Retail Technology Initiative of the Year by Retail Week.
Chris has also recently launched Shop Direct’s SAS Academy – an in-house SAS education programme tailored to its individual analysts’ requirements – which will ensure effective utilisation of the SAS software suite. Prior to joining Shop Direct, Chris held database marketing posts across a range of businesses in both Retail and Financial Services including: Lloyds Banking Group, MBNA Europe, The Co-operative Group, Matalan & Empire Stores.
In order to always offer the best shopping experience, it is important to follow the consumer's lifestyle and buying behavior. Earlier we watched far too much at age, geography and marital status. Today we must analyze the target audience much more than that and look at what the audience actually likes to do. We need to learn what they like and how they want to be perceived by their environment and then optimize our marketing strategy from that. Listen to Jessica Egman who previously worked in Silicon Valley at the Swedish American chamber of commerce and now work as Marketing Manager for the fast-growing company Jollyroom. During her time in Silicon Valley Jessica worked to develop new strategic business plans and create significant new business partnerships. As Marketing Manager at Jollyroom Jessica is responsible to always renew the market strategy. She puts a great effort to continuously develop and optimize the digital purchase trip for the customer and create strategic plans to achieve sales target, reach one billion in 2017.
Mathias Linnemann is an Industry Manager in Google's retail vertical and has the responsibility to provide strategic thought leadership on how to maximize digital solutions for the Danish retail industry. His expertise spans from developing customer acquisition and retention strategies for Omni-channel and Pure Play retail companies to branding solutions via digital platforms such as Youtube. Mathias is also a member of Google's innovation task-force responsible for inspiring Googlers and partner companies to be innovative, boost creativity and prepare for disruption.
Abdul is the Lead Insight Specialist at Grundfos and was previously the Head of CRM, email and Loyalty at ECCO Shoes. Whilst at ECCO he had delivered a concept and strategy to move ECCOs global loyalty program away from traditional discounting and towards a focus on premium loyalty, delivering the right message at the right time to the right consumers - building true loyalty beyond discounts. He has also implemented a dynamic business management tool on multiple levels, securing top level management valuable insights from loyalty behavior and store staff motivation.
Antoaneta is a digital professional passionate about data, growth hacking and emerging technologies. Antoaneta is Head of Online Analytics for Sweden’s biggest online news source with over 3,5 million daily readers - Aftonbladet. She is responsible for leading the online analytics & conversion team and for driving the growth and development of the website based on actionable data and insights.
Jacob Borup has been working with eCRM the major part of his work life. Before coming to TOP-TOY he working with Coop Denmark, the largest grocery retailer in Denmark, digitizing their loyalty program, and moving communication from above the line print communication to 1-1 digital communication.
Marius Valaker, eCommerce Manager Moods of Norway Marius Valaker is head of eCommerce and Digital Marketing at Moods of Norway, one of Norway’s leading fashion brands. One of his primary functions is to develop a strong Omni-channel strategy, taking use of RFID technology to ensure optimal stock-level accuracy.

Kjartan Dannatt is responsible for all e-commerce at Norway’s most ionic chain of bookshops- They have all the Norwegian books and in addition to nearly 400,000 English books. Kjartan launched Ark Bokhandel’s Norwegian and English collection of e-books last summer, in both Apple and Android apps. Kjartan will share his top tips about what customers expect on Day 1 afternoon.
Linda Johansson is an experienced lecturer who gives the audience an inspiring vision of the future of commerce and internet of things. She talks about trends and her own experiences in the business as well as her current role as Head of eCommerce at Volvo Cars group IT. Linda is a known within the IT industry in Sweden to be a strategist regarding e-commerce, digital communication and online marketing. With an extensive experience of more than 20 years she has built a reputation as a futurist. She works as IT Experience Manager Digital Commerce at Volvo Cars. This means that she is responsible for Volvo's large global IT-investment in e-commerce. She has worked as a manager at Sigma's digital communications agency and worked several years as Concept strategist at AB Volvo. She is a driven entrepreneur who has founded several companies that focus on global e-commerce. She has designed a fashion nominated children clothing collection and is an awardwinning blogger. She is also a certified coach and is coaching e-commerce start-ups. Linda is an inspirational speaker who challenges the audience to think outside the box to find creative solutions. Johan is Operations Manager at Stayhard and has worked there for 9 of the 10 years that Stayhard has existed. Johan has designed Stayhard’s logistics processes and flow, built all the internal IT-systems, designed and led the project with the physical stores and integrated them into ERP, Register and BI systems, which he was fully responsible for. He is responsible for all of Stayhard’s web solutions and Stayhard has been rewarded with a prize for the “best technical solution” in the Swedish 2012 “retail awards”. A tech geek from birth, Tias started his career as an RFD Engineer after completing a Masters in IT and Business at the UWI & Reading University. Since then, Tias has served industries by applying his knowledge and initiative by helping companies streamline and improve their day-to-day operations; from IT&C to Operations, Customer Service, Data and CRM. Tias joined Selligent 6 years ago, working with a number of leading international brands and retailers. and has recently been promoted to lead efforts in the Nordics region.

Per Caroe has been working with and consulting sales and marketing executives in the behavioral/email marketing space for over a decade. Three years ago, he was brought on to Silverpop to develop an agency specific team, to facilitate existing and expanding into new agencies, throughout North America. With over 250 agencies, Silverpop has helped these agencies expand their business from basic spray and pray, to a more impactful methodology which employs leads scoring, behavioral tracking to create a more focused communication methodology. For 2016, Per was asked to be part of the IBM Commerce Evangelist group and travel the world spreading the good word about IBM. He has spoken on all six habitable continents (he is still working on a speaking gig in Antarctica) on behavioral marketing in front of tens of thousands of viewers.
