Why did you decide to get involved in eTail Nordic this year?

eTail is one of the most important events in the eCom and Retail space. Especially the Nordic countries are at the forefront of many trends in eCom and Retail and therefore this conference is a “must” on my agenda

What is your session about?

We are moving into a Mobile-First phase of this environment eCommerce players and retailers need to adapt how they manage the E2E experience with their customers. My session will be about the trends Facebook is seeing in Commerce and share insights about best practice approaches how to advertise in a mobile-first world.

How to transition from omnichannel to mobile-first

What do you think will be more important to the eCommerce industry in the years to come?

Mobile will be the dominant trend for the next couple of years..including Video & Instant Messaging..but also expect to see Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence starting to impact Retail in the next 5 years

What do you think retailers should do to stay ahead of competition in Nordic’s fierce market?

Be bold, test, iterate…and listen to your customers..
